Jewelry designer and goldsmith Lina Simons' passion is designing new jewelry. Simons' sources of inspiration are nature, geometric shapes and everyday objects. Her design is clean-lined, yet lush, finished with a graphic touch. The three-dimensionality of the jewelry also allows light and shadow to play freely.
Lina Simons' design is based on hand-drawn sketches, which bring a personal and human dimension to jewelry. They illustrate how the look of the jewelry develops as the creative process progresses.

"High-quality jewelry can be recognized by the fact that it can be restored and polished over and over again - this way it can be passed on from one generation to the next, which I think is a wonderful idea. Designing timeless jewelry is my great love, and seeing it on someone is my greatest reward ,” says Simons.
