Lilja jewelry celebrated the 85th anniversary of independent Finland. The original Lilja jewelry was designed by the artist Germund Paaer in the 1940s after the end of the Continuation War as a symbol of peace. In 2002, designer Kirsti Doukas updated Lilja: she streamlined the shape of the jewelry and added a stone to it – bronze snow quartz, silver rock crystal and golden spectrolite.
