The lion, the king of animals, is a symbol of power and strength. The noble Sun Lion, whose bushy mane spreads out like the rays of the sun, originally decorated the lid of a small round relic box, guarding its valuable contents. The sun lion brings a message from the time when influences of Christian Europe were brought to Finns by way of the Baltic islands. Wear the Sun Lion – it will give you the strength and courage of a lion.

The bronze Sun Lion amulet appeals to all friends of small and light jewelry, who take interest in intriguing details, powerful stories and beliefs from distant past. Wear long, short or inbetween, perhaps two or even three Amulets simultaneously. The plain reverse side, slightly concave in the center, can be engraved. Adjustable length 40/45/50 cm. The pendant is delivered with a separate extension piece you can use to make the chain even longer, 55 or 60 cm. Spring ring clasp on both the chain and the extension.

Care instructions for bronze jewelry

Bronze is an alloy of copper, tin and zinc which
tarnishes faster than precious metals. The new bronze jewelry has a jewelry protector
varnish surface that prevents the jewelry from darkening. With the Kalevala cleaning cloth, you can
polishes areas that have dimmed if the protective varnish has worn off.
After cleaning, it's a good idea to wash the jewelry in mild soapy water, so as not to damage the cloth
the cleaning agent inside stains clothes.
